Decades were spent in perfecting the artisan craft of jewelry manufacturing and relationship building with our local and international partners. In 2020, the lack of quality and reasonably priced diamonds in the country prompted the founding of The Diamond Finery. We wanted to share our collective knowledge and educate the Filipino consumer on the intricacies of diamond grading. We treat each inquiry as an opportunity to showcase the true beauty of well-crafted jewelries made and designed by Filipinos priced at par with the international benchmark.

The Diamond Finery envisions to be the premiere diamond jewelry retailer in the Philippines. We can customize any jewelry to fit your personal style. We can also create a one-of-a-kind full custom piece, or can have a special order for a particular gemstone. We provide 3D rendering and printing services for all custom jewelry projects. Contact us to know more.

A perfectly crafted jewelry piece takes around thirty to forty days to finish. If you have a specific deadline, it is best to contact our team before making any purchase. In most cases, we will expedite the process so we can meet the deadline.

We ship world-wide. Full value is declared to ensure that each purchase comes with insurance provided by our partner courier. All shipping costs, taxes, and custom fees are shouldered by the client and that The Diamond Finery will not be held liable for any damage or losses incurred during shipping.

We take pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise manufactured in our state-of-the-art factory and are confident that you will be completely satisfied.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 7 days for an exchange of the same value or upgrade. You may return it subject to the following requirements:

Products must not be worn, must be unaltered, in their original packaging with original sales receipt, and kept in a re-sellable state. If we find that it has been worn or damaged, we will send the jewelry back to you.

Custom made items will be subject to The Diamond Finery’s assessment if qualified for return or otherwise.

For eligible orders, our return and exchange timelines begin when your purchase is available for shipment or pickup.

Not all rings can be resized. Most rings can only be resized +/- one size. The risk of a diamond falling out is high when a ring is resized especially for channel set and pave set stones. These stones are set in metal that is manipulated during the resizing process. We highly recommend that you purchase a ring in your correct ring size. We created a guide for you on how to get the correct ring size.

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry.

All fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for rings, since hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewelry. Repair or service performed by a jeweler other than The Diamond Finery will void the warranty. Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

• The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.
• Precious metals, and especially prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal wear.
• Prongs catching, wearing out, or bending over time due to everyday wear or normal damage, allowing a gemstone to fall out.
• The loss of a gemstone caused by damage from everyday wear or from other damage.

Clients are required to return the jewelry for maintenance check up on the 6th and 12th month of purchase. Failure to return the jewelry within fifteen days of the specified dates will void the warranty. Upon return, our team will check the cause of the damage and any evidence of failure to treat your jewelry with respect will void this warranty.
